Sahale Valdosta Pecans Recipe (with Cranberries, Orange, and Pepper) 2 cups pecans 1/2 cup dried cranberries (I used Craisins) 2 tbsp brown sugar 2 tbsp corn syrup 1 tsp kosher salt 1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper (must be fresh ground!) This recipe is fantastic. These stay solid through the mixing and baking then are perfect soft little bursts of brown sugar in the cookies.
